Sharad Saraf Managing Director
Sharad founded 3S Synergy in 2008 and is managing partner at the firm. He has led several of the firm’s assignment across multiple sectors, situations and geographies. Sharad has been always passionate about understanding corporates and businesses and have been pursuing since the age of 16. At an initial part of his formal corporate career, he has worked on some of the prominent corporates and projects like Delhi Airport, Bangalore Airport, Mundra port, etc., while working for credit risk of large banks - ICICI and HSBC.
The working have added to his deep understanding of investor’s mindset being interacting with the senior management of these banks for all the assignment handled by him. As a part of his giving back to the fraternity, he has been called by various banks like IDBI Bank, South Indian Bank, Axis Bank, and many others to undertake sessions for their corporate banking team. To his accolades he has successfully advised businesses in USA for their capital raising function.
He is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics.
Parul Saraf Director
Parul holds a degree of Chartered accountant and diploma in Information system audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and LLB. She leads strategy and human management function at 3S Synergy. She has compiled books and conducted many seminars on various topics.
She is driven towards providing basic right of girls education and taught to students at Municipality girls school. She likes to meet new people from diverse fields and discovering new territory.

Santosh Saraf
An industry veteran with expertise over 46 years of experience. A qualified Chartered Accountant of 1977 and holding number of esteemed position in various Government companies and Institutions. He was Former Independent Director for Power Grid Corporation of India, North Eastern Electric Power Corporation of India, Power System Corporation of India. He was also Trustee to EPFO along with part of various their sub-committee. He was Advisory Board Member for C&AG.
He has worked for various listed and unlisted groups and has been instrumental in shaping various Industrial houses during his illustrative career.
S K Bhoan
Mr. S.K. Bhoan is B. Tech from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, Bhiwani, Haryana. Mr. Bhoan has over 44 years of rich experience in Textile Industry, development Banking in project finance, credit appraisal, debt restructuring and corporate finance. He has extensive 19 years of senior leadership experience at IFCI Ltd. Including 5 years as General Manager in Mumbai, where he handled diverse portfolios across several industry sectors. Mr. Bhoan has served as the Managing Director of Nakoda Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and Nakoda Green Power Limited. He also has a decade plus experience in textile industry in operations and research.
He provided strategic and financial advice to several companies. Mr. Bhoan served as independent director on the board of several private & public companies including Welspun Syntex Ltd., S. Kumar Ltd., Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., Kores India Ltd., Grabal Alok Impex Ltd., Nakoda Ltd., etc.
